Privacy notice for the waitlist

Last updated: 2026-10-18. This notice covers the khoteri.com waitlist. The app will have its own, fuller policy before it opens.

Who we are

Khoteri Inc., 31268 Hwy 424, Franklinton, LA 70438. Questions and requests: orioncho23@gmail.com.

What we collect when you join

• Your name, ZIP code and email address. You type these in.
• When you joined and confirmed, and your place in line.
• A scrambled version of your network address for about two hours, to stop one computer from flooding the form. We don't keep the address itself.

That's the whole list. No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no social-media buttons that report back to anyone.

What we use it for

• To put you on the waitlist for your area, which we work out from your ZIP code.
• To email you once to confirm, and again when your area opens.
• To count how many people are waiting in each area. Public counts show areas with 10 or more sign-ups, never names.
• To keep bots and spam off the list.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We never have and don't plan to.
• We don't send marketing beyond the emails above. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• We don't publish names, emails or anything that identifies you.

Who helps us run it

Your details sit on Google Cloud (Firebase) in Los Angeles, and our emails go out through Resend. Both work for us under their standard terms and don't use your details for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

• If you never confirm your email, we delete your entry after 7 days.
• If you confirm, we keep your entry until your area opens and you create an account, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it. If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for asking. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, email orioncho23@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We answer within 45 days.

Age

Khoteri is for adults 21 and over. If you're under 21, please don't join, and if we learn an entry belongs to someone under 21 we'll delete it.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we'll email the list before the change takes effect.
